Following a tough outing the night before, Tyler Wolff was set on go from the drop of the green flag Saturday night at 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas. Gary Christian redrew the pole and the lead the opening few circuits, before Wolff passed him exiting turn four.

“We had an exciting night with the Heartland series after struggling at Salina Speedway,” said Wolff following the race. “The 81 Speedway track prep crew had the track in excellent shape all night. We started fourth and worked our way around Gary for the lead just before the half way. I knew I had to be patient and continue to hit my marks to win. Winning at 81 speedway is always special with the stands packed with diehard race fans. It makes the five hour drive well worth it on the way home!”

Christian settled into second and ended the evening the evening there, holding off Tanner Mullens who ran third. The final Midwest Sheet Metal Caution of the race flew with three to go, but nothing changed in the final podium.

Tyler Davis had a solid night throughout finishing fourth. While Friday's winner Brendon Gemmill backed up his win from the previous night with a strong fifth place finish.

VP Racing Fuels rookie, Kenton Allen, was the night's hard charger. He advanced 12 positions to finish just outside of the top 10 in 11th.

With Wolff's victory he was able to push the points lead to 88 over Chad Wheeler. Brandon Givens, Henry Chambers and Tad Davis complete the top five currently. Only three races remain on the inaugural schedule for the USRA Heartland Modified Tour Presented by Real Racing Wheels.

The next series event will be at Tulsa Speedway on Saturday, September 28. This will be the only show for the weekend. RacinDirt TV has added $3,000 to the standard purse, improving the payout in finishing positions three through 24. The event will pay $400 to start.
