FT. WORTH, Texas -- Just one week from today, one of the most prestigious short track events in the country takes place with the running of the Texas World Dirt Track Championship at Texas Motor Speedway, February 25-27.
TMS crews have been busy getting the track and the facility whipped into shape to accommodate the throngs of racing teams and fans from across the country that will be converging upon the 4/10 mile speed plant.
The 10-day weather trend shows great racing weather, with dry and sunny conditions being shown for the entire race week and weekend.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25: Pits open at Noon, Practice begins at 6pm. (Practice night for SUPR Late Models, Modifieds & Limited Modifieds.)
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26: Pits open at Noon, Practice at 5pm, Racing at 6pm. (Heats and Qualifiers for Modifieds & Limited Modifieds.)
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 27: Pits open at Noon, Racing at 6pm. (Complete SUPR Late Model Program including Championship feature ($3,500 to win and $400 to start). Qualifiers and Championship races for Modifieds ($3,000 to win, $750 to start) & Limited Modifieds ($2000 to win, $400 to start.)
