Humboldt USMTS Night #2

John started 8th in the fourth heat race.  He finished 4th.  That put him on the front row outside for the B main, the top 3 would transfer to the A.  He finished 3rd after Scott Green passed him with about 3 laps to go.  The car looked at little tight and John and the crew went to work to get it better for the A.  In the A feature John started 20th and the track was really getting to be one lane on the bottom.  After a couple of yellows and John got up to about 17th he decided he did not want to play "follow the leader" so he went to the top and was passed back by several cars.  He finally got back to the bottom of the track and was riding around there like the rest of the cars.  Then a few cars got together in turn 3 and John got turned around.  He pitted and came back out at the rear of the field.  He made a few more laps and then decided to pull in.
