FINISHED FIRST!!
17 modifieds made up the three heat races Friday night at Humboldt. John started outside front row of the third heat. He took the win! In the feature John again started front row outside. He took the lead early, but then had to contend with the #88d of Matt Dotson. Matt and John raced side by side for several laps before Matt almost spun with about three to go coming out of four. That gave John the break he needed to pull away with another win at Humboldt Speedway. John will continue his weekend at Lucas Oil Speedway on Saturday for $1,000 to win and then on to Moberly, Mo on Sunday. Hope to see you there!
As most of you know our oldest son Dylan started racing a b-mod this year. Friday night was his fifth race of the season. He started on the pole of the first heat race. He was running second with one lap to go and pulled to the outside of the #54 Tyler Kidwell and passed him and held on to the win! That win put him on the pole for the feature as well. He did great and led the first four or five laps. Jeremy Chambers passed him and he was running second until he spun in turn four. Overall he did great and we are all very proud of him!!

Humboldt, KS – It was business as usual at Humboldt Speedway on Friday night. John Allen maintained his stranglehold on the USRA Modifieds with another feature win. Jeremy Chambers drove to his 17th win of the season as he notched the victory in the B Mod division.
