20 modifieds were on hand Saturday night at Wheatland, MO.  John started 5th in the second heat race and could only make it up to finish 3rd.  That put him 7th in passing points for the A main.  On lap 9 the yellow flag flew and John was up to 2nd!  He took the lead on lap 13 and never looked back.
