20 modifieds turned up at Nevada, MO to race for the $1,500 to win shootout.  John started on the pole of the second heat race.  He took the win!  That put him outside front row for the A feature.  He jumped into the lead on the start and lead every lap of the 40-lap race!  This is John's eighth win, 7th USRA win and the second time this year he has taken home the big money at Nevada Speedway.

Coming up this weekend John will be at Humboldt Speedway on Friday and Lucas Oil Speedway on Saturday.  Hope to see you there!
