TEXAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY FINAL

Thanks to John's great qualifying effort on Friday night he was able to start the second B feature on the pole.  Only the top two finishers would get to start the A feature.  He took out in the lead and at one time had a straightaway on the field until the caution flag flew.  John once again took the lead and lead every lap until, with only 2 laps to go, John hit a bump and his elbow hit the kill switch on the car.  He managed to finish 5th, but his night was over.  As with new racecars there are sometimes things that each driver can modify to make it more "user friendly."  I imagine moving that kill switch will be at the top of John's list for this coming week!
