John Culler from Kansas City called Kenton on Saturday and wanted him to drive his modified.  Kenton started 3rd in the heat race, but spun out on lap two.  He restarted in the back got a little more comfortable and finished 6th.  That put him starting the A feature 17th.  He fell back to 20th early in the race, but ended up finishing 16th.
