Kenton started 4th in the 3rd heat and quickly jumped to 2nd.  As he was passing for the lead, the leader spun and took Kenton's front end with him.  Kenton's bumper and much of the front end were damaged.  To add insult to injury, Kenton was sent to the back for rough driving!  He did what he could and finished 3rd.

The crew plus a couple of other friends went to work on the car.  Just as we were assessing the damage, we were told that our race was moved up and instead of racing after the sprint cars we would be before the sprint cars!  We barely made it!

Kenton started the A feature on the outside of row four.  He was running up throught the field when the 44 of Braydon Stoner intentionally ran Kenton over!  He now had damage on the rear of the car and decided not to risk more damage with 2 more nights of racing ahead and the race was only 2 lap in!
