STARTING DEEP IN THE FIELD JOHN PULLS OUT A TOP 5!

John drew a big number and had to start in the back of the first heat race.  The car was good, but everytime he passed some cars a yellow flag came out and he was put back.  He was running third after only 3 laps and had to restart back in 5th after the yellow.  He finished 4th.  With the passing point system, he started eighth row inside.  During the  25 lap feature he was able to get by most of the cars without too much of a problem.  With 11 laps to go, John was sitting in 7th.  He kept picking off cars, but ran out of laps and had to settle for fourth.

John will try his luck again at Lakeside Speedway on Friday and Nevada, Mo on Saturday.  Hope to see you there!
