LAKESIDE SPEEDWAY KC, KS

After another rainout on Friday, Lakeside was forced to run another Sunday afternoon show.  John started on the second row of the 5th heat race.  He won it!  In the A feature John started 11th.  By halfway he was up to 4th.  It was a really one lane track with little passing.  With two laps to go John's car slowed and headed to the infield.  The yoke on the drive shaft broke!  John has only recorded 2 DNFs this season and they both were at Lakeside.  Hopefully, next weekend will be better.
