Kenton started 7th in the 4th and final heat race and finished 3rd. That put him 7th in passing points. He started the A main on the inside of row 4. He quickly raced into the top 5, but he got squeezed into the implement tire coming out of turn 4 and lost a bunch of spots. He was running about 11th and was able to race back up to finish 9th.
