Kenton started 4th in the first heat race.  He got trapped behind a couple of cars early and was shuffled back to 5th.  He was able to make a move coming out of 4 to pass them and flew into 3rd position.  He held on to 3rd in the heat.  In the feature he started inside row 4.  He was holding his own when he hit the front straight wall and knocked a tire down.  (this was lap 2)  He then pitted and restarted in the back.  He worked hard and was able to make it up to finish 11th.
