13 MODIFIEDS. John started on the pole of the first heat race and took the win by a straight away. In the feature he started outside the front row and Matt Johnson was on the pole. Matt took the lead on the start and slid to the top of the track. John followed closely behind until the 33 of Al Purkey decided he wanted in on the action. He took away 2nd from John and the top 3 had a great race! John ended up getting back by Al and was right on the tail of Matt, but he couldn't get the low line to work and Matt was running high. Matt took the win, John settled for 2nd and Chase Domer also got by Al to claim third.

(Humboldt. KS) — Matt Johnson outdistanced John Allen to win the McCarthy Auto Group USRA A-Mod feature Friday night at Humboldt Speedway. Tyler Kidwell captured the Ray’s Metal USRA B-Mod class, while Derrek Wilson in Whitwoth Construction Pure Stock, Will Guthrie in Stock and Ray Maloney in MIdwest Outlaw Vintage Racers were other winners.
