21 modifieds on Friday night at the Hummer put on a great show! John started 7th in his heat race and was only able to finish 4th. That put him starting 9th in the A feature. On the start everyone could tell his car was a rocket! He quickly moved up to the top five. About halfway through the race a couple of cars got a little sideways in turns one and two. One car came down the track and t-boned John's right rear. The incident didn't cause a yellow, but one shortly after that did. With a lot of damage to the car John proceeded to the front, the car not quite a good as before. He still put on a great show to finish 3rd. Josh Everhart took the win, Tad Davis was 2nd.
Everhart, Bryant stand tall at Humboldt Speedway
(Humboldt, KS) — Josh Everhart captured the McCarthy Auto Group USRA A-Mod win at Humboldt Speedway on Friday night. Tad Davis was second and John Allen wound up third. Andy Bryant scored the top prize in Ray’s Metal Depot USRA B-Mods ahead of Lucas Isaacs and Dylan Allen. Also victorious were Benjamin Haddox, Tyler Davis and Patrick Kay.
