30 modifieds were divided into three heat races at Wheatland, MO Saturday night.   John started fourth in the third and final heat race.  He took the win and that put him on the outside pole for the feature.  By the time the feature rolled around the track was pretty much one lane on the bottom.  John's car was a little too tight and he couldn't keep in down in the "good stuff."  He ran second for the first half of the race trying to make the middle work.  But several cautions allowed more cars to get by him on the bottom.

49 b-mods were ready to race also!  Dylan started 5th in the first heat race.  He was running 7th when he hit a slick spot in the last corner of the last lap and spun.  That put him starting 11th in the first B feature.  Towards the first of the race Dylan got in a little too hard in one and slid up into another car, they both spun.  he restarted 14th and finsihed 8th. Only the top 4 transferred to the A.
