23 modifieds gathered at Lakeside Speedway in KC, KS on Friday night.  John started 8th in the first heat race and finished 5th.  That put him starting the A feature inside the 7th row.  He was fighting the car in the heat race because it was not wanting to turn.  He made some adjustments for the A feature, the car was better, but still not great.  He was coming through the field pretty good for awhile, but ended up 6th.
