FINISHED FIRST!!

20 modifieds at Humboldt Speedway on Friday.  John started 4th in the 2nd heat race.  He finished 2nd.  That put him 4th in passing points for the A feature.  After about halfway John took the lead and never looked back scoring his 12th win of the season and his 4th win in a row at Humboldt Speedway. 

John will run double features on Saturday at Lucas Oil Speedway.  Hope to see you there!

Allen wins fourth straight at Humboldt

HUMBOLDT, Kan. -- John Allen put together another excellent night Friday to win his fourth McCarthy  Auto Group USRA Modified feature in as many weeks.

It was a different face in the runner-up spot this week as Travis Smith held off Ryan McAninch.

Paden Phillips was a strong fourth while Chase Sigg nailed down the fifth spot.

Next Friday, Aug. 9, marks the final USMTS Modified show of the 2013 season at 'The Hummer.' Then, the following Friday, Aug. 16, will be Fan Appreciation Night.
