JOHN MAKES IT THREE IN A ROW!!

FINISHED FIRST!!

30 modifieds entered the NCRA race on Father's Day and John started on the front row outside of the first heat race.  It took two restarts to get the race going, but once it did John checked out on the field and took the win.  That win put him starting the A feature on the front row outside once again.  Early in the race John ran high around the track and had a good lead until about halfway of the 30-lap race.  Then it seemed out of nowhere the 60 of Kip Hughes came flying on the bottom of the track and passed John on about lap 17.  Kip took the lead and John was able to hang with him for awhile, but by the time the checkered flag flew Kip had a good lead and John thought he would have to settle for 2nd.  But after race tech found Kip illegal and he was DQed.  John took the win!!  This is John's 6th win of the year and he makes it 3 in a row!  Lots of racing coming up this week starting at Valley Speedway on Wed in Grain Valley, MO.  Hope to see you there!!
