John started on the back of his heat race and finished fourth.  In the feature he started 11th.  It was a great race, we had a great car and what a show John put on by coming to from the back.  He managed to squeeze his way to the front and finish 3rd!  He will be back in action Saturday night for $1,000 to win at Nevada Speedway.  Hope to see you there!

Humboldt Speedway is one track where the Modified division has the most competitors. Racing under the ‘USRA’ banner, Modified racing at the Hummer is 2nd to none. Friday night Ryan McAninch showed how tough he was by holding off a tough field and getting the win. Jess Folk Jr. and John Allen were right behind McAninch finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively. Jimmy Davis garnered another win in the B Mod feature, the Factory Stock feature went to Gary Langworthy Jr. and the domination continued in the Pure Stock class as Derrek Wilson wins again.
