FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Midwest City, Oklahoma – October 31, 2011 - Greg Deatherage and his 4 Speed Promotions is proud to announce that John Allen of Chanute, Kansas will host an IMCA/outlaw modified seminar on Saturday afternoon, January 14, 2012 in the Exchange Center Conference Room, across from the Chili Bowl on the Tulsa Fairgrounds in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

It will be the first time that Allen, known as “The Professor” and 4 Speed Promotions have teamed up to host a seminar, which is billed as “The Ultimate Set-Up Clinic.”According to Deatherage, “Our Father’s used to race together as well as me and Johnny from 1994-1999 and with USMTS back in 1995. I’ve always hinted to him that he would be great at it so this year we put it together.”

Allen, who has over 200 career modified feature wins to his credit, has just completed his 27^th consecutive year in racing and continues to be a dominating force at local dirt tracks in and around the state of Kansas.

2007 Lakeside Speedway modified champion

2007 CARB Sportsman of the Year

 Heartland Park Topeka modified champion

2006 Linn County Speedway modified champion

3-time NCRA modified champion (1999-2001)

Six and a half hours of in depth and comprehensive chassis seminar will also include a power point shock presentation from a representative from AFCO Shocks. This class will have an extensive question and answer session.  

Cost for “The Ultimate IMCA and Outlaw Modified Set-Up Clinic” is $200 per person or $350 for the driver and one crew member. Make sure to send in your registration early as this class will sell out. You must sign up by January 12, 2012. Hours will be from 9:30 AM until 4:00 PM.
